Boy Scouts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We live near an old slave cemetery high on Peters Mountain that needed tending. \u00a0During the Boy Scout Jamboree, there were inquires for work days for the thousands of troops visiting north of here. \u00a0We applied, troops from middle Tennessee cam to work in the summer sun and cleaned up the grave markers. \u00a0We hope that they took away as much good will and history as they left behind. \u00a0Thank you Boy Scouts of America.<\/p>\n<p>On a more personal note, some of the graves they repaired were siblings and relatives of Dr. Henry Lake Dickason, the subject of my soon-to-be published biography entitled, &#8220;Try and Be Somebody.&#8221;
