From the days of six-man football to the evolution of girls&#8217; sports and a state-wide system of athletic competitions in West Virginia as well as the addition of a variety of team and individual sports, this history gives insight into the times and a nod to small town family connections.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The price is $20 and all proceeds go to the construction of a James Monroe High School track. Currently, track athletes consistently qualify for WV State Track Competitions but do not have a track to practice of have home meets.
