CNN [Chicken News Network] Lindside, WV: One dead in apparent home invasion: The body of Buffina, a plump year old hen was found outstretched in the coop this morning around 6:30 AM. Associates of Grandma’s Security reported that they secured the front door of the coop at approximately 9 PM Wednesday evening and noted that the side screen door was also shut and fastened with the bolt action lock. The body had not been removed or eaten but scratches near the sliding bolt indicate a murderer with sharp claws. The barnyard is still in mourning at this hour. More news as it happens…
